Boudin Balls: hous-made boudin battered and fried; served with smoked pimento ranch

Second Course (choose one):

Sloppy Joe: beef cheeks, classic sauce, house pickles

Crispy Catfish & Gumbo: thin & crispy catfish serve over ham hock, black eyed pea and collard green gumbo
